1-Remember stressing yourself will not help you but working towards it will.
2-Start your day with atleast one Suryanamaskar(Sun salutation)
3.And complete it with the chant of 'OM' atleast thrice.
You are ready for the day.Face it.Remember you are what you think,so think yourself as a winner always.
